Shipping

All orders will be dispatched within 1 business day of order receipt.
Each customer will receive order confirmation and tracking information via email for each delivery.

Orders received after 8am will be dispatched the following business day*.

*IMPORTANT: Our Head Office will be shut from  December 30th until January 2nd 2017. Next dispatch day will be on Tuesday January 3rd.

STANDARD SHIPPING*

  • Standard shipping within Australia is FREE for all orders over $50.00
  • Delivery will be conducted either by Fastway or Australia Post depending on your postcode
  • Orders under $50.00 will incur a $6.00 flat rate shipping charge.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days to receive deliveries within Australia via AusPost / 2-5 Business Days with Fastway.
  • WA customers: please allow up to 8 business days.
  • All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.

EXPRESS SHIPPING*

  • Express shipping can be selected at the checkout for an additional $10.00 for orders within Australia.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for express shipping (this does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) and up to 4 business days during peak periods (Christmas).
  • All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.

*Delivery times apply from the day after posting and vary depending on your origin and destination. If sending to a country location within Australia, please check the delivery times on the Aus Post website using 3144 as the ‘From’ postcode. Last order dates are based on 10:00 am AEDT unless otherwise stated.

IMPORTANT: While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any delays caused by our carriers which we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept unworn, items purchased from www.sambasoul.com.au within 14 days from the date of purchase on all domestic orders. You will need to return the product in its original packaging with your RA number and proof of purchase using the postage label provided.

Please email info@sambasoulcom.au to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number, stating the reason for return:

  • Change of Mind
  • Extra Product
  • Sizing Issues
  • Wrong Product Received
  • Faulty Product

A customer service representative will get back within 1 business day to provide you with your RA number and postage instructions (a return shipping label will be emailed).

SALE ITEMS

There is no return or exchange on sale items under any circumstances.

GIFT EXCHANGE & CHANGE OF MIND

If you wish to return an item purchased via the SAMBASOUL website, please email info@sambasoul.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number and further instructions.

No returns will be accepted without a RA number and will be returned to sender. Posted returns will not be accepted any later than 7 days after a RA number has been allocated.

Return Postage costs on all Gift Exchange items are the responsibility of the sender and SAMBASOUL cannot accept responsibility for any items that are misplaced during post transit. It is for this reason that we highly recommend you use Insured Registered Post via Australia Post.

You may only exchange or return items within 14 days of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with proof of purchase (packing slip). All items are sent with an individual pouch. Each piece of missing packaging will result in a $2.00 deduction from the total order amount.

Please note that all postage fees are non-refundable and a deduction of $5.00 will be taken from the total of all ‘change of mind’ refunds.

If you are requesting a refund, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to re-appear in your account.If you have any questions regarding the state of your exchange or refund please contact us via info@sambasoul.com.au.

IMPORTANT: we don’t offer refunds for products damaged as the result of mishandling or mistreatment such as but not limited to:

  • Accidents
  • Abusive knock
  • Signs from normal wear
  • Not following the provided care instructions

 


Care Instructions

All pieces come with an individual 100% cotton pouch for storage.

ESPADRILLES: Avoid contact with water, specially with the soles.

BIOJEWELLERY : Avoid contact with water. Beaded jewellery should be stored flat, away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing different types of jewellery together.

BRACELETS: Avoid contact with water. Handle with care, specially when adjusting the fit. These are delicate pieces.

Bags: Avoid contact with water, specially for styles made of Suede.
